This notice applies to personal data processed via the Snoot app and its website. Material changes will be communicated via app or email; continued use indicates acceptance.

  • Pet profiles (name, species, breed, date of birth, weight, photo)
  • Health events, veterinary records, medications, and vaccination data
  • To-do lists, reminders, and notes related to your pets
  • Photos and albums of your pets
  • Support inquiries and feedback

  • Device metadata (IP address, device identifiers, OS version, app version)
  • Usage analytics and crash reports
  • Camera and photo library access, only if granted by you

Snoot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if discovered, it will be promptly deleted.

We implement encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure via Firebase. While no system is 100% secure, we follow industry best practices to protect your data.

We currently do not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
